Micdan.com--anyone who's used them--your experiences??

Was just wondering if anyone here had booked through them and what your experience was like? Also do they do a gift in the stateroom like some companies do? Would love to hear any and all comments on this company. Thanks!

You get a gift in your stateroom, because you overpay..or shipboard credits..because you pay extra sometimes over what other agents offer.

We have used micdan for three cruises...always the best price.

You gotta go with who you like..if you are more interested in gift than price..then go with some of the others.

I'm not looking for a gift. I was just curious since the agency we booked through for our first cruise did'nt give us one and I had heard here of some people getting gifts left in their stateroom by their agent.

Most importantly I am wanting to know of anyone's experiences good or bad with this company just for my peace of mind. Yes you can get a good price but if the service is less than what you expected you probably would'nt feel it was worth the cost savings. Just wondering how all of you here feel about your experience with them? Thanks!

I have booked all 3 of my Disney Cruises with Dana the owner of this agency. She is extremely organized and always gives attention to detail. She will do everything within her power to make sure you get the very best value for your dollar.

I have been nothing but satisfied with her service. I have been in her Pin groups for my cruises and she has given gifts for those. However, I do not know if she does this for her cruisers in general. She has become a personal friend of mine so I can ask if you'd like.

I HIGHLY recommend her!!

I used Dana at the recommendation of someone from the DIS for my cruise last October. She beat ALL the quotes I received/ When I rebooked on board for our upcoming November cruise, I got %10 and thought for sure she wouldnt be able to beat, guess what, she did!! She is great!
