Miami Hotel - Any recommendations?

Hi there,

Thinking of staying in Miami for 3 nights in September before we check in to WDW on 25th.

Any suggestions for a decent but not expensive hotel. Preferably Miami Beach or South Beach or somewhere close by.

we stayed at the double tree in ft lauderdale which was excellent, 2 mins to beach and you got warm choc cookies
not bad huh??
