It's official -- the recovery at Champlain Towers South is officially over. The two South Florida Urban Search and Rescue task forces had a brief goodbye and left the scene. They will have a few days off and then return to normal duty.

Thank you JimMIA for all the updates and a HUGE THANK YOU for everyone on scene working this unexpected tragic event. A ton of thoughts and prayers for the victims, victims' families, survivors, and anyone this has impacted.

Well, the FINAL word is in on the Champlain Towers South recovery effort.

The last person has been identified from DNA samples provided by her family. That's bittersweet news, of course -- but at least the family can now have closure. As bad as the loss is, it is so much better than not knowing.

That identification brings the total number of dead to 98. Everyone is now accounted for; nobody still missing.
