I've read in guide books and here on this site that kids really enjoyed digging for bones in the boneyard and that it was kind of like a sandbox. We went into the playground that had the boneyard sign above it and could not find anywhere to dig. I even went outside and circled the whole attraction and still couldn't find it. Is there a place to dig for bones or has it been closed? :confused3

Sorry I meant at Animal Kingdom. We couldn't find the area walking around inside or looking from outside

Think that refers to the one in Animal Kingdom .... the only playground area I can think of in MGM is the Honey I Shrunk area ... not sure of any digging there.

At MGM there is Honey I Shrunk the Kids playset but the Boneyard is actually at Animal Kingdom. This is the area in which kids can dig. :sunny:

I assume you mean the boneyard at Animal Kingdom. You walk into the kids play area(at the entrance of Dinoland) on the left side and take the stairs and bridge back across to where the kids can dig for bones. Ours kids love that area.

The boneyard at MGM refers to the area that the backlot tour passes through. It contains old and decaying movie props. Not sure you're kids would have much luck with a bucket and spade there.
