MGM to MK, quickest way?

If you don't mind walking follow path at bus entrance
to mgm follow past boardwalk go into epcot gate at wsc then
take monorail to mk. Never timed it but i would gues shorter
the waiting for buses.lol

Wow...... I thought about that actually. LOL Seesm liek a LONG walk. (I'll have two kids with me and one stroller.) The only other way is the bus? Is it direct - MGM stright to MK? Or does it stop at TTC?
Thanks.

If you don't mind the short walk and crossing one busy street, the best thing to do is the take the Contemporary bus, and walk to the MK. Another possiblility is taking the Grand Floridian bus and taking the monorail, which is only one stop to the MK, but that requires you going into the resort and going upstairs.

When we were there in June there were Park-to-Park buses.

That was a pleasant surprise!

If they are not running and you have small kids you could also take the boat from Studios to the EPCOT/ws gate, then walk through to the monorail I suppose. But, that will cause you to change transportation twice with a significant walk.

Possibilities I would use... the aforementioned "contemporary" route OR jump the boat to the nearest EPCOT resort, and transfer to a bus directly to the magic kingdom. I think this second option would provide the fewest crowds and shortest walk.

There is really no fast way. My DD left MK one evening at 6:25, attempting to make Fantasmic in MGM at 7:00. She took the Epcot resorts bus and got off at the first stop (Swan or Dolphin, I can't remember which) walked through the lobby and out to the boat dock and just missed the last boat that would have gotten her to MGM by 7:00. So. if the driver had made one more light it would have taken her a minimum of 35 mins. I don't think that can be beat by monorail.

I think taking the bus from MGM to CR, then walking to MK sounds like the best bet unless there is a direct bus that goes from MGM to MK when we are there. If the bus goes to TTC instead I think we'll use the CR option. I wonder how I coudl call to verify this when we get there? Is there a transportation button on WDW phones?

There are buses that go from park to park. We allow 1 hour when we hop from park to park to be on the safe side. In the past it has both taken us longer and shorter than an hour. There are so many variables it's to hard to predict. LOL
