Can someone please tell me about how long this parade is? I see it doesn't start until 5:30 pm and we are planning on dining that night at Yachtsman Steakhouse so we'd want to watch the parade then have to go back to resort (All-Star Sports) to change / freshen up then get to YS for dinner - so I guess this is two-fold, how long is the parade and from there what would be a time I should get 'ps' for YS dinner?

Thanks so much in advance!

I believe the parade is a about 15 minutes long. If you are in a hurry to get out of the park afterwards, I would suggest sitting up front by Mickey's of Hollywood.

As far as your PS time, that depends on your transportation. If you are taking WDW busses then I would say at least 7:30 since you would have to take a bus from MGM to your resort and then your resort to either MGM or Epcot and walk to YC. If you are driving then you may be able to make it a little earlier.

Have a great time and yell extra loud when the Mulan car comes by in the parade!! :flower:

I can tell you the parade is about 15-20 minutes.

Where's the best place to watch this parade?

Our favorite spot is in front of the ABC Theater there is a 1/2 wall that you can sit on! :)

If you want to watch the parade and go, line up between the "Crossroads of the World" tower (where they sell water and disposable cameras right when you walk in) and the log cabin type thing on the gate side. It will be the last place the parade passes, but you will be able to scoot right out the gate. It will be about 6pm when you leave. So i would give yourself at least an hour and a half to go back to the hotel - then take the bus right back to MGM and walk to YC for dinner.

Thanks but don't plan on leaving afterwards, and am staying offsite. We're staying for Fantasmic after that :)
