Hi everyone

I've been hearing a lot lately about a more adult halloween offering at MGM this year, possibly similar to Universals Halloween horror nights. Has anybody else heard anything about this.

I have heard a rumour, but literally only what you have posted above.

Would love to hear if anyone has any extra info?

I read the following about it from MGMStudios.org -

A new Halloween celebration is coming to the Disney-MGM Studios in 2006 according to some new rumors. The event, hosted by Jack Skellington (the "Pumpkin King of Halloween Town" from A Nightmare before Christmas), will feature "a horde of Disney's most popular villains" and will offer a new Halloween party for Walt Disney World guests. For the first time, Disney-MGM Studios becomes the host for all things that go bump in the night with an all new Halloween Celebration. Join Jack Skellington, the "Pumpkin King of Halloween Town" from A Nightmare before Christmas, and a horde of Disney's most popular villains as they set about turning the Disney/MGM Studios into a nightmare of 1000 screams. Visitors will enjoy the thrills and chills of the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Rock 'n Roller Coaster, a colorful parade, and streets filled with ghouls and goblins. It's a Halloween party filled with Disney magic - only this time it's magic cooked up by the Wicked Witch herself.
It sounds like so much fun!

Wow, sounds great, wonder if I can fit that in as well :thumbsup2

That sounds excellent, wish we were going in October ;)

That sounds amazing! I hadn't really thought about this one much as we're not into the "horror" type stuff and will be avoiding US Horror Nights like the plague, but this is sounding pretty ace!

Frances - thank you :thumbsup2

Just noticed your new signature addition for 2007 too!

May I commend you on your great taste? ;)
(Almost the same resorts we are doing this time :teeth: )

Great Karen!! Please let me know what you think of them :) Are you 100% decided now, then? :teeth:

We will be living in San Francisco next year, so thought we might as well make use of the cheap air fares to MCO -- and spend the money on the hotels instead!!

I really hope they announce this soon, I'll definately be doing MNSSHP but would love to do a villains one as well
