MGM & DQ strategies............

Okay friends. Got my shoe holder, Brita bottle, DIS tshirt-buttons and such......and a plan. Heading to Disney Quest and MGM soon... Talk to me about your personal experiences with strategy.
Day 1 is DQ...heading to PoC first (as per DIS thread about long, early lines..what to do first)....anything else I need to know about DQ and strategy?? (Going first thing when it opens)
Day 2 is MGM...probably heading over at opening and doing ToT and RnR...popular stuff. Leaving 12ish for break and heading back about 4 for PS at SciFi before parade. Planning on staying in park rest of night (yes, for EvEMH) and catching 2nd Fantasmic show. (Btw, does anyone know the times of the new stunt show LMA??--We have GOT to see that! DS is MAJOR car fanatic!!!)
So, any ideas? Tips? Advice? Give it to me!!! Anything will be appreciated!! Thanks!!

Thanks for the show times........but now I have a problem. We were planning to see the show at least twice (DS major car fanatic) ....well, guess we're gonna have to see it only once because those times are messing with our schedule! We were planning on going at opening and doing popular stuff so (as my DS said) we don't have to stand in long, "stinkin' " lines. Then we were planning to go back to resort late morning/noon-ish to rest till about 3 or so. Go back to MGM for PS @ 4, eat and watch parade. We won't even be IN the park the first show time and we'll be eating for the second! You don't think we'll miss the 3rd showing?? Do you? Should we bag going early and arrive for the 1:00 show (late morning) and stay thru rest of day and EvEMH's?? What would you do?? They need more show times!! Arrgghhh....this is messing my day up!
