Hi, We are checking in on property the morning of 9/30 and will have MYW w/hoppers. Thinking of heading over to MGM after check-in, just for the shows Indy--Stunt show-Beauty-the atmosphere, and lunch. DD age 7 not into scary TOT or anything like that.

Does that seem like a logical thing to on on the first full day? Will it be too crowded then to see these shows?

Hello Poppins!

I do not see why you could not do that but B&B does not have a first show until 11:30 and it lasts about 30 minutes and the Stunt Show starts at 11:50 and last about 30 minutes and they are a distance away from each other as they are on opposite sides of the park. You might plan to go the B&B for the first show and then go to lunch and then catch a later showing of the Stunt Show. If you still have energy left you could HOP on over to another park that stays open later.

I did not have time to look up and see if MGM stays open later that night or not. It might.

Have fun!!

Does anyone know where I can find the times for these shows so I can go ahead and have some time to think about what I would like to see and do first? Like planning around the MGM shows? This would be of great help! Thanks in advance!

There is great website updated weekly by Steve Soares. I have the address on my favorites, and i am not computer-savvy enough to put up a link, but if you google disney, live entertainment and Steve Soares, i feel almost certain that it will pop up. The site has prodigy. net and stevesoares in the address somehow. Good luck and i hope you find it. I think i found it in the unofficial guide book.

OP--have you all been to WDW before? I know when we went last year, DD is completely into princesses and girly things but was terribly bored with B & B. Also not sure if your DD is too old but our youngest enjoyed the Playhouse Disney show and they both enjoyed the muppet 3D show and would have loved the Honey I Shrunk the Kids playground if it was not closed due to rain.

My DD7 saw the Disney planning DVD and tells me that she wants to see B&B. I still think she wil get bored and want to leave in the middle of it. She tells me that she does not want to do the Disney Playhouse. We'll have to just see when we get there. Went to WDW 2 years ago. Only thing we did at MGM was dinner/Fantasmic.

I've found Epcot to be the best park for the first day when you're there for a half day. Not alot of attractions, even less shows (easier to schedule attractions and not shows), and you've got World Showcase for dinner and typically Epcot is open longer than MGM.
