Just got off the phone with a nice CM named Rosette. She said that she heard that the meal was coming - no official word as to when. She also said to keep checking the website as that will be one of the first places it will be announced. Maybe tomorrow will be the magic day ?!!!

I just got off the phone from making an ADR and I figured I'd ask about if there was an MGM character meal in the works. The CM started laughing and said he can neither confirm nor deny anything about a Studios character meal. I asked if he did know about one, would I be able to ask which characters will be there and he could tell me if I was correct or not and he laughed some more and said he is not allowed to comment. So I asked if I should keep checking and he said yes.

I have a question, in the past when new dining experiences began, was Disney this elusive? Or in the past has Disney been upfront with when ps reservations would begin for a new restaurant? Just curious.

I am hoping to get this reservation for my little brother who has had to endure MULTIPLE princess meals with me over the years (I am such a HUGE Cinderella fan!!) and I am sure my entire family would love to have a new dining experience.

When I called today to make my ADR's the CM told me that they had not been "trained" yet on any new Character Meals (Toy Story).

thank you so much for doing this every day for us!! I hope you are using Disneys #800, if not, we all might have to pool our money together to give you some money for your phone bill!!
Speaking of Disneys #800, in case anyone asks, I don't have it. But I know it exists---I just lost it several weeks ago, thankfully AFTER I made my ADRs.

Oh how I hope that tomorrow is the day. I am a wee bit sad after reading another post on a different board, it stated that the cm this morning said there will be a new character meal, but it won't start until fall. I am crossing my fingers that that cm was wrong.
