MGM and/or Epcot Boat Loop ?

Which order does the MGM and/or the Epcot boat travel around the Epcot resort area?

Let me add that we just took the Friendship boat from Epcot to the Studios last week. It takes around 25-30 minutes. The walk is close to this although if you just miss a boat walking would definitely be faster.
