MGM - Al's Toy Barn

I happen to be checking out the most recent FastPass list and saw Al's Toy Barn included in the MGM attractions with FastPass. Is this something new? I always just thought of ATB as simply a place where the characters are. Is there now FastPass for meeting the Toy Story characters?

Anybody with info on this? Thanks.

The lines at Al's Toy Barn can get very long. It would be nice to have the fast pass option there.

Yea! I am so glad Al's has FP now! We have been several times with our DS and always seem to get there just as the line is long and being closed off at the end. Finally, my DS might get to visit with Buzz and Woody. . . Thanks for sharing!

(Just reread the OP, I don't know if there is something "new" there - I assume it is still TS characters since it is still called "Al's.")

Last time I was there they were testing the FastPass at Al's and trying to get the bugs out of the system. There are no machines like at the other locations, just tables where a CM schedules a time for you to come back. I think they only have FastPass there during the morning now though, but I'm not exactly sure how that works.
