**MGM ADRS may need to change!

Just a heads up--

Lights, Motors, Action! Stunt Show will be closed from Sept 14th to the 19th for refurbishment and reopen on the 20th---

I had plans on doing MGM on Sept 17th w/ ADRs @ Mama’s until i heard no
Lights, Motors, Action! Stunt Show!

soooooo- of course-- off i go calling disney dining to change my Mama’s ADR to the 20th- got into Mama’s the time i wanted- however, THAT meant i needed to change my Sept 20th ADRs for LeCellier over to Sept 17th-- and was only able to get in @ 8:40! was told that was it for LeCellier (for right now anyway)- so i had no choice--

just wanted to give some unsuspecting DISers the scoop!

Thanks for the info! We'll be there Sept. 9-19th so we'll have to make sure we do LMA during the first part of our trip. None of my ADR are specifically tied to seeing the show (we saw it in Jan.) so it won't affect my times but it's nice anyway.

maddhatir, whew, you near scared me to death! With Millionaire closing and the fact that I had 4 days planned at MGM I was hard pressed to see what I could find to do if both Millionaire and the Stunt Show were closed.

Once I got over my panic attack I realized that we are checking in on the 20th so we should be fine.

I wonder if this refurbishment has anything to do with the recent accident with a CM? If so, good for DW for taking care of their workers. It is exciting enough, I do not need to see blood too.

maddhatir, no problems. It is how I practice for riding the thrill rides when I finally get to WDW. I prefer my last minute trips as I do not have time to over obsess and Disney does not have time to make so many changes.

BTW, my idea of a thrill ride was getting in the Hot Seat so it is back to the Merry Go Round for me.

I was checking the bus schedules the other day when my world ended! How could LMA be closed the exact dates of our trip?
