MF Question for GCV Owners

From what I have read on the Disboards if I have a Sept UY and add on at GCV I will get Sept 09 GCV points and matching developer points.

Will the full Maintenance Fee be due for 2009 as well, or just a 3 month adjusted Maintenance Fee (Sept-Dec) since I will not be receiving the GCV points until September?

From what I understand is we can't be charged until the resort opens. So we should only be charged maintenance fees for Dec 09. I could be totally wrong but that is how I understood it.
