Mexico Lindo 10/23/2011 MR Cruise!!!

Hi Friends – Here is an updated list of people committed to participate in the FE. As you will see we have three new participants; yeah, the more the merrier! :cool1: Be reminded, that as you receive your stateroom number to let me know so I can update the information. Some of you have asked, so I want everyone to know that I will post an “official” FE list immediately following our final inclusion date which has now changed to October 1st due to a majority opinion to allow for people to finalize their gifts.

We will meet briefly prior to the sail-away party (open to suggestions for where to meet) just to finalize stateroom numbers for those who received upgrades on the day of embarkation.

Finally, if you are lurking and would like to join but don't know what its all about...let me tell you FE's are soooo much fun....so, what are you waiting for?? PM me with your party information and read posts #57 and #71 because we would love to have you join!

Some people are beginning to get their documents!!:cool1: Just remember to send me updates to your stateroom numbers. Also, don't worry about breaking down the FE info; once Oct 1st rolls around I will send everyone a Word document with names and stateroom #s. Hope everyone is starting to be as excited as me! :woohoo:

Can the FE gifts be per family?

Also I got a couple of disney lanyards at Party City for 99cents :)

Thanks
Sandra

I am still pondering about it :P Let me go read the rules. BTW Tara are you in the Denver area? We live near Smoky Hill & E470.

Glad you are considering...it doesn't have to be stressful but I understand when on vacation not wanting to add any "have to's' to the list! :) Yes; you can do a "per stateroom" gift. I have seen some really neat things that were given to the entire family (ie scrapbook albums, picture frames, embroidered bags, etc) On our last cruise our family received a sandpail with a "wet swimsuit" bag, sunscreen, one of those lanyards that have a box to keep your creditcard and money dry, and lip balm. It was cute and simple.

No; I live in Fort Collins, but sooo excited to see so many Coloradoans represented in our group...how fun!

For FE it can be sooo simple! We've received things like above picture frames, custom things, but actually for our last cruise the dollar store toys were a big hit with the 2 1/2 year old. He brought them to dinner and it kept him occupied at the table. We've received candy, glow sticks.... Also at lot of other non FE folks told us how fun it looked and wished they did it. The fun really is in seeing something "new" in your fish..... Doesn't matter as much what it is.

Does anyone know when we will find out our room if we purchased a guaranteed room type but they will assign it later? Do we not find out until we get on the ship?

Mine was also the guarantee room and when I logged in the reservation and saw it was assigned.

Thanks! I checked but ours still says GTY. Hopefully soon! We booked pretty last minute so perhaps ours will take longer.

The only upgrade we have had was the 10 day Mediterranean, porthole to verandah. I think that is the most common automatic upgrade since the verandahs sell out last. We usually book a verandah the one time we didn't we were upgraded. I do think it's random... Or a least that's been our experience.

Ok I think you convinced me. I like to particpate in the per stateroom gift.
My details : Sandra, Jeremie, kids Renee and Alexander at room 7638

Thanks
Sandra

Ok I think I'm officially Disney cruise crazy now that :cool1: we now have three cruises in one year. We now have the 7 day western on the fantasy in May. We missed that one in 2005 due to a hurricane. We had it booked but Disney moved it to Eastern to avoid some big hurricane. Anyone want to come in may? We got that crazy big 5150 deck. I could fit a car or lots of disboards people! :cool1:
