Mexican Pizza - How Do You Make Yours?

I haven't made Mexican pizza before and I was thinking about trying it tomorrow for dinner. The plan is to buy a pre-made crust then top with taco sauce, ground beef cooked with taco seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, diced tomato, and sliced green onion. After it's baked I might top it with shredded lettuce and maybe some salsa and/or sour cream.
