So our date is closing in to make our ADR's. We are meeting my Sisters Family, and some friends at WDW. :D
We All LOVE Mexican... Are the only Mexican restaurants the Cs and Ts places in epcot? We like the Cs. but have never tried the ts. ( I can't remember the restaurants name right now.) I have heard that the food isn't so good. :(
Any one tried this place? Any other suggestions? :confused3

We were worried also but we went to San Angel Inn last month. It was great. The food was fresh, tasty and authentic Mexican (not Taco Bell).

My DS liked it so much he asked to go back later the same week... so we did. It was an even better experience than the first. The food was great again. DH said his flan was one of the best he had ever had. Plus we had the best server ever (Sofia). It was like she was a mind reader. We never had to ask for anything. She took care of it all.

San Angel Inn went through a period where the food and service was "less than stellar", and many of the reviews and people's past history have that period as part of it. However, they've been improving for the past couple of years now, and the more recent reports are quite glowing.

I, myself, went there last year and it was one of the best meals of the trip. Ribeye tacos were excellent, soupa azteca was great (and I'm not a soup person), and the dessert (some white choclate mousse thing) was delicious. Service was great as well. It has really improved from when it wasn't quite so good.

As far as mexican in general, I believe there are some taco type things offered at Tortuga Taverm (or something like that) in MK (formerly La Pirata y Perico) as well as the CS place (Cantina de San Angel) and the two TS locations (San Angel Inn and La Hacienda de San Angel) in Epcot.

I would take a look at the menus for San Angel and La Hacienda and see which you like better. Or, alternatively, do what I did last year and this coming year and do both :). Keep in mind though, that if you like burritos and tacos as Mexican food, they may not be what you have in mind.

One thing to keep in mind. Those restaurants serve Mexican food not the texmex like chichi's or chili's.

Check out the menus before you go.

We love Mexican food, and we've always enjoyed "Tortuga Tavern" at MK. We've been lucky that it's open whenever we are there.

You made me think twice about a place I had crossed of my list, maybe it's time to give it another try! THanks!

Didnt like La Hacienda at all...loved SAI until our lunch there 2 weeks ago. The CS in Mexico is great! Killer nachos!

We love San Angel Inn. Good food, lovely setting! My 8 year old boys love it, as well:thumbsup2

There is also that Mexican place in Downtown Disney, Tortilla Jo's. I've never been but have heard good reviews.
