Messenger Bag-ish? Yay or Nay?

Anyone have this bag? I know its a scrapbooking bag - but anyone familiar with it (own it) and let me know if this could work as a park-everything-you-need-type Messenger Bag?

The description reminded me of a bag I saw at Joann's this weekend. "Open the zippered pouch to reveal 5 plastic containers."

It looked something like this:

I don't know if that's what this Disney bag does, but that's what it sounds like from the description.

It sure is cute, tho!!

It looks like it might be too big for me. And it's very square and boxy, so I don't know how comfortable it would be after a couple of hours in the park.

My 'messenger' bag I use for work, is soft and kind of forms around me when I wear it.
