Help! Has this happened to anyone?
Made my MYW package for the YC for Aug 26-29 for one room back in June. (Couldn't get two at the time.) In July the WDW reservations people allowed me to get an additional room only, no package, at a AAA rate. Great right? Wrong, I went to extend the trip from the 25-29 and was told everything was okay. I checked the websiteand the ressies wasn't showing up properly. I call Disney ressies, the agent tells me that you can only book the two rooms as a package and no AAA rate for the second room. This doesn't seem fair.
\Can I call back and speak to a manager. This guy told me that the way it was in the computer before he "fixed" it was invalid and one room would have been automatically cancelled.
What should I do?

I don't know how you fix this, but I'll bump this up so maybe someone else can help you!

Well, I don't know how to fix it either, but something kind of similar happened to us last year. I booked POFQ for so many days, I had recieved a email code......... well, later on we decided to stay longer, so I called to add more days, and they would NOT let me use the code for the extra nights we added, I would've had to pay rack rate!!!!! It sounded bogus to me, and made DH really MAD!!!! We ended up checking out of the POFQ on the original day, and moving over to the ASMov's.

Hopefully someone who know's will come along and help!!! Good Luck!

I made my reservation, a package, from 8/22 to 8/27. I then decided to come in on 8/21. Called Disney to "add" a day only no package as that I get in at 11 p.m. If I added a day the cost would be 99.00 per night no meals, If I modify my package to include another day the cost would be 85.00 with dining. I would suggest you call back, you may get another staff person and request to modify your package(if you have to do 2 rooms with a package) or I would think that you may be able to have two seperate ressies. One ressie with a package and a second ressie with a AAA rate. The manager must know Disney made an error and not you given that he "fixed"it, you should not be held accountable for thier error and they should accomodate you. Good luck
