Hi all
I had posted questions about my knee on the CB. Responses have me VERY nervous that this is going to be a long-term concern. Short version is due to taking a heavy impact straight onto my knee, I now have a torn meniscus and ligament. I find out tomorrow if my case is surgical and part of me is hoping it is because from what I've been reading that'll heal faster.
I'm going to the World in May, and starting to get a little nervous about that. I'm sure I'll be off crutches by then and am hoping I can do most of the walking, but am wondering if a GAC might be something to pursue as a "just in case, use only if necessary" back-up. I don't mind waiting in lines, I really don't. I actually quite enjoy it and have made some good friends in them that I still communicate with. I also make good use of the fastpass system. I'm just going through that "what if" scenario in my head and am starting to get scared that after one day of doing the parks I'm going to be sitting on a park bench for the rest of the week.
Anyone do the parks with a knee injury? Any suggestions for me?
