Mess up with Points!

Here's my story.
We jsut purchased 135 points at SSR in Jan. When we bought our guide told us to call MS and bank to '06 points into '07 so we could use them. I did that. No problem.

This weekend (2/3) I went online to bank my new SSR 135 points that I got on Feb. 1st for the '07 into '08. I tried - said it didn't work. I tried again a few hours later - said it didn;t work. Finally it took. I printed out the paper and it said that I banked 135 points from the feb. '07 use year into Feb. '08 use year. OK.

I check online and now I have over 500 points in my SSR contract for '07!!!!! A little more investiagting online discovers that when I banked online they took 135 points from '06 and banked it into '07. It was as if they banked TWO sets of 135 from '06 into '07.

I called MS today and she told me that I banked it incorrectly. I explained to her that the paper I have in front of me states '07 into '08. She insisted that I made the mistake. Well she said that she would manually bank the points for me. Well the site says that she banked the points but I still have an extra 135 points from the double banking in my '07 use year. ARGH!!!!!!!!

I have to call again tomorrow. Has this happened to anyone else. Did I do something wrong?

I would love to have double points!! haha-no-I don't know what happened-did you maybe get an extra allotment of points at the beginning and ll of those got booked?

I just checked my account online, and I'm missing 327 points. I verbally verified the number today wuith MS, then I checked online to find things a mess.

I will also be calling in the morning...

As long as you have the printout I wouldn't worry too much. As with most businesses, some phone reps are more helpful than others. Call again and make sure things are taken care of. If they give you any guff, just offer to fax them the printout and don't give up until someone either fixes it or at least gives you a number to fax the proof.

I called again today and finally everything is fixed. The operator yesterday did not fix it completely. You should see my POINS poage. Modify this and cancel that. It's a mess but they finally fixed it. How you nocticed that online banking is currently offline. No one can bank online until further notice. HMMMMMMM! A problem with their computers perhaps??
