mesh backpack for toddler

I need a mesh backpack for a toddler, I have looked everywhere I can think of, any suggestions?

Would this work? Though it's probably too big. My kids have these for their swim gear (they have the speedo brand which is bigger than this one).

How big does it have to be ? Does it have to be all mesh ? I ahve a small one wiht Dash on it that are too little for my boys. Solid on the bottom, mesh all around the sides.

it has to be big enough for a folder, and has to follow the regular school rules on the mesh, she goes to the special needs preschool which is at our local elem. school so they have to follow the school rules for the mesh backpack. WHat I have used in the past was the reg size ones but they are so big on her, so I was hoping to find a smaller one

It will have to be a regular sized backpack for the folder(s) to fit into. Unfortunately, you are right, it will be HUGE!! The smaller ones will not work; I taught preschool and some of the kids had the smaller sized packs and the folder would not fit into it.
