I was wondering if anyone knew the days that dvc will have the merry mixer party? I am sorry if someone else already posted this.. I am going to disney Dec 1-9 thank you Carrie

What is the Merry Mixer Party?

It's a DVC event where members can gather to celebrate the Holiday Season. It's located in a tent at the back entrance to EPCOT, or the International Gateway. You do not need park admission to get to the event. There's usually drinks, snacks, and a few prizes awarded during the event. Characters may or may not appear, but they usually do.

DVCMember.com has not made an official announcement of dates and times, but as previously mentioned others have heard from Member Services. I guess that is official enough.

Merry Member Mixer

Celebrate the holiday season by mixing and mingling with all your Disney Vacation Club neighbors. This complimentary Member event will be held at the International Gateway entrance to Epcot® every Friday in December from 3 to 5 p.m. Remember to bring your Member I.D. — it's required for admission.

The whole family is invited for an afternoon of festive fun, such as Disney character photo opportunities, an activity area just for kids and a merry special giveaway. We'll also be decking the halls and enjoying light refreshments.

This event is just one of the many perks of a Disney Vacation Club Membership — and our holiday gift to you.

I am the only 'member' on my account. No family is listed anywhere. So I don't know the answer to this and I am curious.

It says to bring your family but they wouldn't all have Member IDs, would they? How do they get in...just say they are with "me".

I am travelling with a friend, could they come in with me. I really do like to take a quick trip into the Mixer and don't want to be rude and leave my friend behind.

Yes, you should have no problem bringing your friend in with you. Enjoy!

I wish they would hurry up and send me my info! We sent in final payment today, and wanted to attend the "Merry Mixer" when we go in two weeks. Would this be possible even if we do not have the member cards?? Is there some sort of temporary card we can use to attend??

They can get you a temporary card while you are there.

They can get you a temporary card while you are there.

If you already have a member number assigned by DVC, go to the Sales Center @ SSR and they can print you a temporary membership card.

Yes it is. 3:00-5:00pm on the BC side of the International Gateway!

We'll be there that day too!

does anybody know if this event is going to happen on the west coast when dvc starts operations at the grand California that would be nice since i live 90 min from disneyland.
