In case this interests anyone - here's the menu for the Christmas day lunch - very British guests orientated compared with the menus for the 24th evening

Adult Menu


Smoked salmon and shrimp cocktail

Turkey stuffing with chestnuts, roast potatoes, mixed vegetables and gravy

Cheese and crackers and red wine jelly

Mince pie, Christmas pudding, Brandy butter and custard sauce
