Mermaid Room OR POP

Which rooms are bigger? I would potentially need 2 pack n' plays.
They are the exact same size and layout. The Mermaid section of AoA was originally built to be the second half of Pop. We actually stayed in Pop in 2009 and could see the abandoned buildings across the lake from our room which I found really strange at the time. You can read about it here, the history is interesting:

AoA rooms are slightly bigger at 277 sq. ft. Pop rooms are 260 sq. ft. But you are able to put up the murphy bed at Pop for more floor space.

As a resort, I would choose AoA over Pop any day of the week. I did not care for Pop at all. The room was fine. But AoA was cleaner, nicer, better cafeteria, better pools, etc.
But, the Little Mermaid room is a VERY long walk to the cafeteria and bus stops.

Agreed. This could be an advantage if you have a goal to do lots of walking, but it can be tiring at the end of a long day and evening to have that long walk back to your room.

I've stayed at both. Yes, the theming at AoA is terrific. But, I prefer Pop. The LM rooms are adorable, but they are expensive. I don't really mind the walk, it's not all that far. But dollar for dollar, I go with Pop every time. Especially now that they've redone the rooms Staying there in two weeks..looking forward to it.
