Tell them it's a continuing stay and it will be fine. I forget whether or not you can tell them on the phone ahead of time but I did it at the front desk Yacht Club once because I added an extra day on the end.Is it possible to merge two resort reservations that are consecutive at the same resort with the same room type?
I hadn't even though of the dining reservation difficulty. @stick30, I hope you're able to get this resolved on the phone. I think the chat staff has very little power to do anything.I think you can link them but not merge them, meaning the front desk will know that they are both yours and keep you in the same room, but you'll have two dining reservation days. I've been able to do it on the phone, but this was a few years ago.
Yes but you have to call. This happened to us with our trip last Christmas. I couldn't get all of the nights we wanted on 1 reservation. I had to make 3 reservations with 1 or 2 nights each. It was so strange but I called them and they merged them into 1 for me.Is it possible to merge two resort reservations that are consecutive at the same resort with the same room type?
Call and ask. What do you have to lose?Is it possible to merge two resort reservations that are consecutive at the same resort with the same room type?
We had two reservations at CBR last November, same room type. I stopped at the front desk to ask about staying in the same room and not only was it no problem, back of house had already identified the continuing stay. So don’t stress, they’ll more than likely take care of you at the resort. Is it possible to merge two resort reservations that are consecutive at the same resort with the same room type?
Did they put “ continuing stay” notations on them, so you won’t have to move?Update. I called in and they could not merge the reservations because they were booked with different discounts.
You should have been able to stay in one room though. Did you request that?Update. I called in and they could not merge the reservations because they were booked with different discounts.

I can confirm that this is right.Update. I called in and they could not merge the reservations because they were booked with different discounts.
