Merchandise Quality

Tinkaboo, is this the same Jiminy Cricket shirt you have? I've been out of town so I only just got a chance to take a few pics of mine. His name and the 3 blue stars are embroidered on. I love the quality and detailing, which is rare these days. It's also nice fabric and not cut skinny.

It is made in China, which surprised me.

There is just something about a poor fitting t shirt that feels like it is from Hanes that sends me over the edge…. Especially if the price tag shows a price I would find at Nordstroms.
For sure -- the last couple times we were there, the tshirts were awful and I don't know who they're supposed to fit, but they didn't look good on anyone in our family. And we have everyone from a very slim women's size 0 to a men's XL. Just weird proportions and badly made. The sweatshirts/hoodies were better. Overpriced, but at least that, I expected.

As a man, I have also been disappointed in the choice for guys shirts. Feels like every time I go, there are fewer selections. Several of the t-shirts I have bought ended up shrinking in length, which for a rather tall guy, sucks.

I did recently come across this place which appears to sell an incredible variety of shirts that are Disney licensed:

Most aren’t t-shirt style, but are instead button down but I appreciate that. I sent a couple along to the family and hope to get an Emperor’s New Groove themed one this Sunday. Hoping the quality is good considering the price. I can let folks know how they are, if interested. They have ladies styles too!
Love RSVLT shirts, have bought a few for my husband. They’re a stand out and fun

We are Nate fans (paging Mr Morrow), you get a code through him FYI

Well, DizMe, since you asked…here is sneak preview of my Wednesday outfit!
I have little Jiminy earrings to go with it as well. And I also have that same shirt, although not a fan of the ringer look…but hey, it was JC and I always let my conscience be my guide when it comes to buying Jiminy things! Now I want the little shoulder plushie…😂

OH!!! That's a FABULOUS outfit!! I so love that shirt. That was a great find :goodvibes. Nice accessorizing, too!

Having been around for more than a few decades, I have very fond memories of JC. My sister and I are still apt to break out in "I'm no fool, no siree" whenever an excuse arises.

Alright, ended up getting one of the RSVLT shirts I had requested. When I first took it out of the bag I really was not sure about the feel of the material. I always associate polyester with the cheap Halloween costumes of my youth so it immediately felt low quality. However, after feeling it out a bit more, I realized it wasn’t that at all, just lightweight. I gave it a try on and it fit perfectly. I am 6’4” and usually wear large tall or XL shirts and this was an XL. I worried when pulling it out that it was too big but the fit was absolutely perfect. And it felt wonderful for warm weather. I will definitely be getting more, and have at least one to wear every Disney day going forward.

Congrats! Family came through…which one did you get? Hope you love wearing it to park!
