My friend and I each bought a bag from the park 2 weeks ago sort of a across the body type black with the resort logo on hers broke within the first week and mine has as well both in exactly the same place,is there a customer service adress i could email as we are dissapointed as we wre so happy with the bags.Anyone else had any problems like this ,although i got a umberella a fews years ago and that is still going strong
 
Last June we bought a mobile phone holder.It had a loop to put a belt through it and the stitching on this came away the week after we came home. I just posted it back to the address on the back of the receipt and they sent a replacement which is still going strong.Julie.
 
My dd simba got a hole in his neck, her Nana mended him though. I think the stuff at the Disney Store is much better quality.
 

yep my friend bought a bag with the exact same description as yours and it broke in 2 weeks. She wasn't too impressed :(
 
It's likely a problem with the supplier.
