I just returned from my Disneyland trip to find one of my ceramic souvenirs from the park has cracked in transit! Do you know if there's a merchandise hotline for parks items, like there is for WDW? I want to try to order a replacement, and it's not available on the Disney website. Thanks!

Yep! We were going to purchase a princess dress for my cousin on our last trip and they said you could use your AP discount for over the phone ordering.

Yes, you can get your AP or DVC discount, along with the Visa discount (if your order meet the minimum purchase). Just note, that when I've called, they use the discounts based on the WDW AP levels (so max discount is 10%). I don't know if you can get the 20% discount that Premium AP holders usually get at DLR.
