Merchandise ordering?

Does Universal do phone orders for merchandise like Disney does? Last year one of my daughters was "chosen" at Ollivanders and for reasons I don't remember now- we didn't buy the wand. Every time the trip is mentioned or thought about (so at least twice a week for the last year and a half) all I have heard about is how she was chosen and didn't get her wand. She turns 11 this year and I would like to go ahead and get her the wand. Is it possible to order it?

Thanks, I've looked there, but all they have are replicas of the character wands. This one doesn't look like any of those. I have a picture of it, when I found the picture I remembered what happened, we were going to go back and buy it after lunch and then the skies opened up and poured torrential rain for more than the usual hour with lots of lightening. So we didn't swim upstream to the shop and only had one day tickets.

I'll try calling the number unless anyone has an email I can try and attach the picture.

The wands for that experience are usually the ones they associated with birth months. Could tell the merchandise people her north month and see which one that is.

Or put the pic on photobucket and post it here and people might know. Best to do that if emailing merchandise as well. CS people generally don't have email systems that can accept attachments, but a link to photobucket might work.
