We just got back from Disneyland and while we were there I bought my son a Buzz Lightyear action figure for being good on our trip. He opened it yesterday and played with it for not even a hour just pressing all the buttons and acting like he was flying. Buzz's arms are supposed to be movable with joints but one of his arms broke off at the joint and is just hanging by the wires. Who can I call about this? Is there a number to disneyland merchandise? Thanks

Is it also true that you can return broken merch at the Disneyland shops for exchanges?

I live in Utah, and my little boy's Buzz did the exact same thing. I wonder if I hang on to it until our next trip, if they will swap it out???

You probably should call the same number and ask, since you live far away it's not likely your next trip will be real close to when you went.
