Can someone help with an email address for Disney DVC merchandise? I bought one of those ultra expensive DVC travel coffee cups and the thing is junk! It isn't dishwasher safe (and I knew that) but when I wash it in the sink it collects water inbetween the 'walls' of the cup and then it slowly leaks all that water out the bottom. So far it leaked all over my kitchen counter and my desk!

Is it the Tervis Tumbler one? If so Tervis has a lifetime warranty on their products so you may be able to contact them through their website to find out what you need to do to get the situation fixed. So far my mug seems to be doing just fine but will be watching it carefully.

No, it's not the Tervis one. It's the stainless one.

The number rings busy. I got through earlier, got put on hold. Then it rang, went to dead air and then went busy. Now I cannot get through. I am highly unamused!
