I always went to Allears in the past http://allears.net/uni/menu/menus.htmbut they are all dated 2007 and 2008 now for some reason. I like this list from a British site: http://www.wdisneyw.co.uk/unimenus.html but they don't say how up to date they are.

I haven't personally found anything better than these.

The only thing that comes close is this website.But unfort it is outdated and the menu changes alot..

My personal fav is The Kitchen @HRH as far as resort food goes.
When we ate there A few months ago,the soup of the day was a excellent tomatoe bisque--YUMMY-done perfect!!

While the allears menus are a bit out of date, the counter service places usually don't change much. As far as resort fare, I know both the Emeril's restaurants, Bice and The Palm have independent websites with up to date menu's. You can also book ressie's for all four through www.opentable.com.
