menus?

I have a few picky eaters in our group. I have been looking at the menus and having a hard time picking a restaurant for Epcot. Are the restaurants willing to work with you? Can you change your sides? For example, at Le Cellier can you get the filet with something besides the wild mushroom rice? Thanks for the help.

I have not done this myself, but I do know that others have gotten the mashed potatoes instead of the risotto. I think they tend to be accomodating, for the most part.

Yes, the restaurants are very accommodating when it comes to picky eaters. Switching sides should be fine, and you can always ask to have sauces on the side, or left off altogether.
