Menus posted on the Internet

I've found several Web sites that list the menus for pretty much every WDW restaurant. Very helpful stuff.

My question is this: Are drinks always sold separately? Or do any of the listed meal prices (sandwich & fries, for example) include a drink? I'm thinking mainly of counter service establishments, although I guess you could apply the question to anywhere.

Counter service--you almost always have to buy the drink separately. I say almost because there may be one where it is included but it isn't the norm.

Table service--depends on the place as to whether or not non-alcoholic drinks are included. They usually state on the menu if they are or not.

Unless it is a buffet or other all-you-can-eat (such as LTT) all drinks are separately priced.
