Good morning,
We are travelling to Disney in a few weeks and was curious if this would be a problem or not. We have PS at the "Garden Grill" in Epcot (The Land) and plan on eating at various places within the parks. Has anyone ever run into any problems with this???

Hi! We don't have diabetes in our family but we do have a gluten allergy. I would imagine that they would take as much care with you as they did with us???? I made all of our PS's ahead of time letting them know of my concern. A week ahead of time I called and spoke with each chef at each restaurant and when we entered each establishment each individual chef came out and discussed our menu with us. I would imagine that this would be along the same lines and if this is so feel very comforted. They are wonderful. I would call disney dining and express your concerns. Good luck to you.::MinnieMo

Have you checked out Deb's menu page? I use that to plan all my meals because of food allergies. Like mrsboz said about food allergies, WDW is great to work with for any special needs.

If the diabetic knows what he is supposed to eat, he won't have a problem finding what he needs.
