Where can I find menus and prices for the restaurants at WDW?

Have a new question!
Have another question? If we are on dining plan and we eat at say Garden Grill for dinner. Can we pay OOP for our DD(10) to order from child menu and save her meal credit? Is that allowed or possible?

Yes, you can separate out your use of credits like this just fine. In fact, it's a very common technique to save a few extra dollars if you have more TS than your dining plan allots for. Typically, the AYCEs for children will be more expensive than the menu service places, while breakfast buffets for adults will usually be cheaper than a menu service place. It's not always true, but it can be a good way to save a little extra for that additional T-Shirt or so.

You can save her meal credit and pay OOP, BUT Garden Grill is served Family Style (all you can eat, set menu, much like a buffet), so "buffet type" pricing will apply. You would have to pay the "adult " price for her since she is over the age of 9.
