Menu Tasting Question

For the menu tasting, do they send you anything that lists all the choices on it or do you just have to go off of the sample menus they send you?

I'm not sure if Disney has changed the process, but what we did (Three years! ago) was selected key items from the sample menu's we were interested in. I think in all, we tasted 3 main courses, 2 salads, and an appetizer.
