Menu suggestions---Game

I love asking my waiter for suggestions when I eat out. Especially if I am at a particular restaurant for the first time. Have you done this? Have you ordered what was suggested? Were you disappointed? I don't always go with what is suggested but I try to make a mental note for "someday". I remember ordering Mom's Old Fashioned Pot Roast from 50's Prime time, at my waiter's recommendation one time, and I was so glad I did! I would never have ordered this, as it is not something I would typically order when eating out, but it was great! So glad I had the recommendation.

This led me to an idea..
I thought I would throw out a few restaurants and let you play the role of my waiter (sorry no monetary tips involved). Below are a few place my family plans on eating at next month, I would be curios to see what recommendations you would come up with if you were the cast member serving my table.
What is the must try Dinner menu item(whether it be an appetizer, entree, or dessert) from each of these particular restaurants

La Hacienda De San Angel
Raglan Road
Via Napoli
Yachtsman Steakhouse

A cool idea would be to ask for a suggestion at one restaurant, and when some one answers they could ask for one at another.

Ok, here's the "game"

You are my CM/Server.... what do you recommend for my dinner reservation at La Hacienda De San Angel. PLease tell me what item I should be sure to try. This item could be an appitizer, Entree, dessert or beverage .

Once you make your recommendation you can post a new restauraunt and ask for recommendations too! PLease always post the name of the restaraunt, your suggestion & why, then your inquiry about a new WDW Restauraunt.
