Menu Suggestions For Luch Time Ceremony

Hello Everyone I haven't seen another thread about any menu suggestions so I thought I would start a new one and ask. Our Wedding is in Jan at the WP and we are having a luncheon at the GF. I have been sent so many different menus that I am overwhelmed. Has anyone had their reception there or have any suggestions ? We are having about 30 people.

We got married at the WP and had our reception in the Whitehall Room at the GF and had Tinkerbell's Brunch Buffet. We got married in Jan. 08 so I am only assuming it would still be available! Everyone loved the buffet! Lots of choice, wonderful food and service! We had 40 guests. Hope that helps!

We're having an Epcot ceremony so our reception starts at 9:45. For the "pre-reception," we're having coffee and an assortment of breakfast breads, along with a fruit display with yogurt. For the lunch buffet we're doing a pasta station, mahi mahi, parmesan encrusted chicken, and a sirloin carving station, along with sides etc... We were going to do brunch then DF stated how he didn't want to be serving waffles at the wedding. We're both teachers so sometimes our lunch is at 10, so it's not far fetched to eat that kind of food. (And it's 10am here and I'm debating whether or not to eat last nights leftovers for breakfast : ), I think it's up to what type of food you and df want at the reception. We're having a dessert party at night where we'll be serving some sweets and having an antipasto display. We're having our reception at LSS, but the guest list is around 40 right now.

You can build your own menu from anything you want, whether it's something from the menus you've been given by DFTWs or something from the restuarants around the WDW property.

We built our own lunch menu from items we saw on the DFTWs menus and added in the Canadian Cheddar cheese soup to our menu.
