Menu options for Fantasmic dinner package

We were thinking of doing the Fantasmic dinner package at either Brown Derby or Mama Melrose. I saw that there are fixed prices for these. Do they then limit the menu choices? What is included in the fixed price? What about my 2 yr old? Do we just pay extra for what we order for him?

We have always ordered off the regular menu for the Fantasmic package--there is no special menu.
