Menu in 1900 Park Fare/GF Cafe when 1900 closed?

Does anyone have any idea what the menu will look like when the Grand Floridian cafe become 1900 PF? I know it will be family-style...

When I called to make my ADR for August, the CM told me that it will be the same buffet as when in 1900 Park Faire, just located temporarily in the Grand Floridian Cafe.

Oh I hope that is true as this is our favourite buffet. Though I had heard it will be a preplated meal during the refurb.
