Menu Cards for a Brunch at ADH

We are planning on doing a brunch at ADH after a morning ceremony in Italy. I love the look of Menu Cards but I am not sure where I should put them for a brunch. The ADH has alot of small tables for four so I am not sure if we will be using these or having them take them away and using larger tables. We are planning on about 50 people.

I want to do Menu Cards. Would you suggest doing one per table and putting it in a clear frame on the table - or should I do one per person and place it on each dish?

We had our reception at ADH. I had thought about menu cards but then I thought it was kind of an extra expense that people will throw out. I asked my planner about them, she suggested just putting the menu signs at the buffet as at ADH you can only have a buffet. So we opted for that and placed fairy wands with a thank you note at each place setting. It was more meaningfull then a menu card and they looked nice on the table. I would suggest to place thank you cards at each place setting instead of the menue, that way people can take it as a memento. You will still get the effect that you want. They tables sizes will be ok for them. We had 4 people per table and also used 2 round large round tables in the center of each side of the dance floor. We had 100 people.

Thank you cards are a great idea. I have to go over all my options. I was actually thinking of making them myself - so that cost would not be high but I believe they also charge you for things they have to put on your table. Did they charge you for the thank you cards?

I believe they will place up to 2-3 things per setting on the table free of charge so no we didn't get charges. We had little fairy wants and dust with a thank you tag attached and they were placed in the napkins. I made them myself and provided them to my planner.
