Mentally Preparing: A Focker, A Croc & Waldo hit POFQ! Trip Report Link is UP!

One of the funnier comments from our t-ball days: We had one kid who was not exactly focused on the game. When he was in the field, he would pick him mom a bouquet of dandelion flowers instead of watching the game. :flower3: We were always afraid he would get accidentally hit, because he would never see the ball coming! So one day my DH, the coach was trying to explain to him that it would be better if he would actually pay attention to the game. When he walks off, his mother proudly tells my DH, "He's gifted, you know." My DH just looked at her as she walked away. What the heck? Since then, that's one of our inside jokes for LOTS of occasions, especially when someone is lost in space. :lmao:

OMG! That's funny!! :rotfl2: Every t-ball team has a "flower picker", eh??:lmao: I know we've had our share!
I'm going to have to tell Donald that at tomorrows game, he's sure to get a kick outta that one! :goodvibes

I had to share this with you guys.... it's really funny.

I hit the mall yesterday. I know! Anyway, I was looking for a moo-moo to wear for pool day. I'm kidding.... or am I? Well, not exactly a moo-moo, but a nice bathing suit cover up, not a really a sarong, but something along those lines. Sorry, where was I? :scratchin: Oh, yes, so on the way to the swim wear department, I make a slight detour to the hats & glasses. I loves me the HUGE sunglasses. You know, the BIG Jackie-O glasses. Gotta have lots of pairs of those. :cool2: Anyway, as I'm perusing the glasses, I spy the hats. Super sweet!! I loves me hats, too.
So, Maddie, Evan and I are playing in the accessories department and I find this uber cool cowboyish hat. I throw it on with my SUPER fly sunglasses and strut my stuff. I'm a model you know what I mean, and I do my little strut on the catwalk  :lmao:
Much to the shagrin of my tiny tots.:sad2: Miss Fashionista, tells me, "Umm, mama, I don't think you can pull that one off." :rotfl2:
Yup, me. Bubble. Burst.
Needless to say, I threw the hat back on the rack and grabbed the glasses! :lmao: I really need to learn to shop alone, fo sho!! :lmao:

CUTE - I can totally see that happening too....

Mrs. Roper!!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I Miss Fashionista, tells me, "Umm, mama, I don't think you can pull that one off." :rotfl2:

Out of the mouths of babes:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

better be careful or you will end up like my mom. She usually waits to shop with me so I can give the thumbs up or down. Once in a while she will go without me, but will stand in the dressing room trying to figure out what smart aleck remark will come out of my mouth. If she can't think of anything I would say, she buys it.:lmao:

Jackie O's my hero, I swear!:thumbsup2

Boys are so much easier. I think I've got DS pretty well trained at this point. Any time I ask him how I look, he squishes his little face up into a cheesy smile and tells me "You look very beautiful!" :rotfl:

Gotta love the kiddies!!!It is so amazing at the things they come out with..Just where do they learn all this....preschool??!!?!?!
Speaking of which.... Maddie told her preschool teacher that she watches "Desperate Housewives" Of course, said teacher questioned my about it and of course, I promised she didn't. Heck, I rarely get to watch it! :rotfl:
DS4 has told me that I am too old to where a 2 piece bathing suit as well as short skirts!!!UNREAL these kids
:lmao:

:rotfl2: Don't you just love them  :rotfl2:
Yeah, and their honesty it just outta control!

 My mom does the same thing! She's officially moved to the "old lady" clothing wearer. She bought one of those sweatshirts with a built in collar, which was adorned with butterflies! You know what I'm talking about! :sad2:
Jackie O's my hero, I swear!:thumbsup2
Me, too! But probably for different reasons! ;) She's a fashion icon! Especially, those sunglasses!:cool2:

Today we spent the day at Knotts Berry Farm, aka "that other amusement park"! :sad2: I know, I know... I promise to say 15 Hail Mickeys tonight! :goodvibes
My other brother, not Donald, invited us to join him and his family for a day of non-Disney amusement. We met up with them inside the park. We, included, myself, Maddie, Evan, The Enabler and Waldo! Yes, Waldo decided he wanted to ruin...errr join us for the day. ;) I made the mistake of asking Waldo to take Evan through the entrance gates whilst I had my baggallini checked out by security. Well, you guessed it, he took off with Evan and the stroller, faster than ever! Once I located them, I took the stroller from Waldo, not before giving him the  look!
Anyway, we had a great day with the cousins. I had to post this picture of Evan. He was so happy because I let him have a root beer with his lunch. I rarely let him drink soda. Milk or water. Period. Maddie thankfully, hates soda and juice. :confused3

And of course, here's where Waldo spent his afternoon! :rotfl:

You are so lucky to have so many fun things to do so close to you.
Funny what a little root beer will do for ya..Its a great bribe at our house.
Evan is a cutie pie, he is going to melt the ladies hearts one day...look out!!
BTW have I told you how handsome Waldo is???I want to give him a big hug:hug: .
Glad to know he knows where to go if lost:thumbsup2

15 Hail Mickeys....I just peed a little....thank goodness I roll the right way!!!!

OMG, Meeska! I saw a shirt today and it reminded me of you. This guy had a shirt with a roll of TP on it and it said "This is the way I roll".:lmao: I wanted to take his picture, but he was literally right next to me in line and I couldn't find him after the ride was over! D'oh! :headache:

Oh, that's too funny! :lmao: Did you have to pay him to stand there? What a great picture! :thumbsup2

I'm glad you had a nice day - I don't think Mickey will mind too much, as long as you save the big bucks for him. :rolleyes1

Awwww Tracy Evan is such a cutie look at those cheeks :cutie: :lmao: as Michelle said did you pay Waldo to stand there? :lmao:

I'm glad Waldo knows where to go...when lost!:rotfl:
:thumbsup2

You know what's funny, T? The price of admission for the 4 of us was <$70!! That's the price of 1 DL park hopper! But, of course, the atmosphere is NOWHERE near Disney's caliber! Fo Sho! ::yes::

BTW have I told you how handsome Waldo is???I want to give him a big hug:hug: .
:lmao: Sorry T, but I won't tell him what you said. Only because once a friend of mine told him he looked like a older Tom Selleck! OMG, he walked around with his chest all puffed out for weeks!

Oh, that's too funny! :lmao: Did you have to pay him to stand there? What a great picture! :thumbsup2
:lmao: as Michelle said did you pay Waldo to stand there? :lmao:
No, we spotted the lost and found on our way out and I asked him to pose there. Of course, he's such a ham, he obliged! :lmao:

:lmao: :rotfl2: That pic of Waldo!
I know, I love it!!

Tracy,
Never underestimate the power of a trip "elsewhere". The way I figure it, a day or two at someplace other than WDW serves as a reminder of just how fantastic it all is. Then I don't want to spend any money going "elsewhere", and I can save it all up to hand over to Disney!

Snoopy vs. Mickey????

The dog hasn't got a chance!
