Mental Distress - not sure how to escalate with MS

Received an email yesterday telling me that DVD cannot open any spreadsheet for security reasons.

Therefore they cannot open the spreadsheet I sent them on the 6th.It took SEVEN days for them to respond to an email about a trip scheduled in less than 3 weeks.

I spoke with a supervisor on Friday night: She assured me the names were correct.

DME tags arrived AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN with the names spelled incorrectly - it's Kerri with a K like go fly a kite.

I am beginning to think this is personal and based upon my posts here.

There is no way an entire department (and god knows between email and calls, I have spoken to many) could possibly be this incompetent.
 
It is very possible it was too late to anything about the tags.
 
We learned years ago not to sweat the wrong names on our Disney reservations. Trying to fix insignificant problems such as names can result in much larger problems - when I tried a couple of years ago to change my mother from the lead person on the reservation to myself (the DVC owner), my reservation and over 400 points vanished less than a week from the reservation date.

If the names on the reservation are truly so messed up that you need to fix it, have the front desk do it when you check in. Our names have been so messed up over the years, that it has turned into a joke in our family - we expect someone's name to be wrong on our reservations at this point.

Not sure how it was too late - they keep sending them after my calls and emails - they just keep sending them incorrectly.

Not worried about the names on the reservation or the magical bands (yikes!); was worried about the luggage tags in this age of security.

In this day with magic bands that may not work out to well.

But OP,airline security does not care what is on a Disney ME tag and the bar code should take care of Disney getting it to the right place.
