Unfortunately, they won't be able to use the MagicBands for their entire visit as they won't get the bands until check-in at the Poly and I know from experience they cannpt be collected early.

Are they from out of the country? Because if they are from US your bands get delivered to you about 3 weeks prior to your trip. I'm not going til March but already have my bands

Yes - they are in the UK
