We are staying off-site, so no magicbands - and it's our first time doing Memory Maker. Any tips on how to get the most bang for our buck? We want to capture as much as we can of this trip. Not planning any character dining, but would like to see some characters. But also just general pictures inthe parks.

Best places to go for pics? other tips?

Stop and take pics with as many photographers as your family will tolerate. You will end up with some great pics, but also with your hands cut off, some stranger walking right next to in questionable attire, pics too dark, pics too overexposed, etc.. It's inevitable so just take a bunch and then you will be fine. Also ask if they do magic shots, ime only a couple will just take them unless you initiate it.

We have a rule in our family that we don't pass a photo pass photographer that we don't stop. Unless it is a few in the same spot (ex. Main Street). We also do a lot of characters so that helps us get value out of the shots. It also helps to interact with the photographers. Ask about the magic shots that they do. This will generally get you a bigger variety and selection of photos. The ride photos are a nice bonus too. We have about 10 of us goofing off during Buzz when we rode it over and over late one night.

Scan your card after the rides, don't forget.
If you want videos from ToT or 7dmt, you need a magic band. I learned that after we rode
