Memory Maker Sticky Anywhere?

Is there a Memory Maker board or sticky post anywhere.
I am having the hardest time claiming my photos on my computer.
I have even tried on my ipad instead and it says that it can't activate and I need to phone somewhere.
I have watched youtube videos on it and everything. Just wondering where to ask for more help. thanks!
