Memory Maker sharing

I've been through various MM threads but can't find an answer to my question, hope someone can help.

We'll be buying MM for our May stay. Now my in-Laws decided to also do a trip three weeks before ours. Can we share our MM with them?
Our trips are within 30 days of each other. They don't have MDE yet, but will use it, we have MDE and will use it.
Can I just link our MM to their MBs? Will that work? And then give the entitlement to one of my InLaws for the time given and she then gives it back to me after their trip?

I think they have to be linked to your reservations for you to be able to share with them. Also, I believe the pictures are only valid for 45 days from when the first picture was taken. I'm not 100% sure but I don't think you can change the 'entitlement' for Memory Maker either.

Once the entitlement is used, it can't be transferred at all.

Bands can be linked to your account. Simply invite your family members to your DME account as friends and tell them to make sure that they give your account access to photos and allow your account to order pictures. All their pictures will then be available on your account except for ride photos. If they want ride photos, you'll have to give them your magicband to use for photos while they're at Disney.
Of course you will have to wait until they are done with their trip before you order(download) your photos. Your memory maker credit is only good for one order so make sure you have all your pictures done and edited before you order.
