Memory Maker Question

Do we still need to go into a photo place like we have in the past with photopass to get it activated? Or will it be activated on our magic bands if we connected the memory maker to it?

I believe it's connected to your magic band. When I was there in Sept during MB testing some photogs scanned both my MB and my card so I *think* the band is full functioning now for the photos.
